You may have the Problem that your Password mismatch with your domain on your Laptop and/or Computer.
This may happen in case, if your Administrator, Servicedesk or Onsite-Support was so nicly to reset your forgotten Password. In this case you may need to connect to your (Company-) Network i.e. via VPN
- Connect your Laptop/Computer to the Network of your Company
- Or Connect via VPN
- On Windows XP:
- Press Start
- On Windows 7 and later
Then you may have to enter your new Password which you got from your Admin/SD/OSSS
